Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aigis Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent activity
Fail to pay applicable fees
Use our services for illegal purposes

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
